What and why is a bsd

Why and is it possible to daily drive it?

Hey! BSD is an alternative to Linux, it has its own kernel and core tools. Sadly it lacks support for a lot of hardware but if you have a pen drive you can still give it a try and check if it works for you.

BSD is actually used in kind of a lot of proprietary software, like Play station consoles and Mac OS, since the BSD license allows the use of open source in private projects.

It is quite smaller and more focused than LInux which is why some people enjoy it tho.
